LinkedInAmosia Grid
A tool that helps teachers turn everyday observations into formative feedback in one click. Suitable for Montessori schools and kindergartens and mainstream primary classrooms alike.
Free trial until 31 January 2027As a teacher you notice dozens of things a day that say something about a child. You write down only a fraction of them. At the end of the term you then write feedback from memory.
In Amosia Grid we care about the whole picture of the child. You can also record a grade or a test result. In the feedback it all appears next to the observation notes and lesson progress. The generated feedback then takes every record made this way into account.
Try it on a sample class. Click into the knowledge map, save an observation and watch it become a feedback draft.
AI writes drafts. Deciding what stays in the feedback about a child remains with the teacher.
“Everyday lesson notes turn into a clear report on the child's progress, so parents can see feedback they understand at any time.”
“We are getting started with Amosia, and what am I looking forward to most? No more slips of paper for observation notes, the ones that love to get lost. Now we find everything in one place, today, tomorrow and at the end of the term.”
“Writing formative feedback can be hard work, especially when preparing for parent–teacher–child conferences or writing reports. Amosia helps not only with the feedback itself but also with following the individual progress of children who work at their own pace and choose their own order of topics.”
We are not a big company. We are five people with a passion. We share experience from the world of technology and products and, above all, the conviction that well-designed education deserves care. We want to help schools, teachers and parents who see it the same way, and to give teachers their time back where it belongs: with the children.
Behind GRID and the company Amosia Labs is a small team building the tool directly with the schools trying Amosia Grid.

No. The tool drafts the text from what you have written down yourself and links every sentence to a specific observation. If you record nothing, nothing is created. Deciding what is true about a child stays with you.
Recording an observation is short: ten seconds, not ten minutes. If it took long, nobody would do it.
The free trial of Amosia Grid costs nothing until 31 January 2027. After that, the price is CZK 40 per student per month (approx. EUR 1.60 or USD 1.80). Foreign-currency equivalents are indicative and may vary with the exchange rate.
The school is the controller, Amosia Labs the processor under Article 28 GDPR. Signing the data processing agreement is a condition for starting the free trial. Until then the app holds no student data.
Notice is one month, and you get an export of your data when you leave. There is no obligation to continue after the new year.
No. The curriculum is yours. You enter the lessons your class will work through.
Yes. Data is backed up regularly, backups are encrypted and their rotation cycle does not exceed 30 days.
Yes. Daily observations can be recorded for preschool children too, and the system intelligently evaluates them for further use.
The system supports bulk import of curriculum outlines, for example from Transparent Classroom or another environment. We prepare the import with you during onboarding, and you can export all your data just as easily when you leave.
The application and its encrypted backups run on servers in the European Union. Student data never leaves the European area and is not used to train AI models.
Yes. The tool is fully available in Czech and the resulting narrative feedback matches how it is written under the Czech Education Act and the decree on student assessment. The teacher always decides the final wording. The tool assigns no grade and no level, which is also in line with the EU AI Act.
