Two documents, no extra legalese
Before a single piece of student data enters the app, the school holds both agreements.
Document 01
Software pilot agreement
What we deliver and on what terms. Free of charge, from 1 September 2026 to 31 January 2027. A licence for the school's internal use, training and support, one month's notice, a data export when you leave. A separate article covers the role of AI and human oversight.
Document 02
Data processing agreement
Under Article 28 GDPR. The school is the controller, Amosia Labs the processor. Signing it is a condition for starting the pilot — until then the app holds no student data.

AI and human oversight
Deciding what is true about a child stays with the teacher
The feedback draft comes solely from the teacher's records. Record nothing and nothing is created.
Every sentence of the draft traces back to a specific observation.
The tool assigns no grade and no level to a student.
Nothing is sent without the teacher's confirmation.
