You can now dictate observation notes

The observation note field has a new microphone button, right next to the attachment paperclip. Click it and speak. The text appears as you talk, wherever your cursor is.

• Stop dictating with the button. It also stops by itself after a minute, or after ten seconds of silence.
• You can edit the text before saving, like any other.
• We don't keep the recording. Only the text you save remains.

Speech is turned into text by Microsoft's MAI-Transcribe model through the Vercel AI Gateway, with zero data retention. The audio is not kept after transcription and is not used to

train models.
